What to expect
The initial intake session for individual therapy is 60 minutes long. After that, sessions are 45 minutes, once a week or more frequently, as indicated. In order to accommodate clients' schedules, we offer sessions in our offices or if therapeutically appropriate virtually via phone or FaceTime.
