Whatever the reason may be that brings you to therapy, our therapists will work with you to get to know what your goals and objectives are.  We will guide you along your path to self-improvement or self-discovery.  On this healing journey, often the hardest part is the first step which is seeking support.  


The initial intake session for individual therapy is 60 minutes long. After that, sessions are 45 minutes, once a week or more frequently, as appropriate. In order to accommodate clients' schedules, we offer sessions in our offices or if therapeutically indicated, virtually via phone or FaceTime.
