What is coaching?
Many of us struggle to find meaning or purpose in our professional lives. We may feel "stuck," but do not know how to become "unstuck." Maybe you have a dream to start your own business, earn a promotion, become a better leader, or change careers, but you find yourself wondering how you will ever get started toward those goals.
In our sessions, your coach will work with you to identify concrete strategies to get you closer to your dreams. You will be led through a focused process that will challenge you to identify and articulate clear, attainable, and measurable goals to help you achieve your objectives.
Your coach will guide you as you learn to leverage your existing strengths and unlock your full potential. In addition to being supportive and encouraging, your coach will also hold you accountable to your goals and provide you with constructive feedback throughout the process. You will be inspired to think outside the box, overcome fears, and take risks.
At the end of your coaching sessions, you will walk away with practical tools and insights to help you transform your life and lead you toward a happy and fulfilling future.
How do you know if Coaching is right for you?
This is a common question, because sometimes it is not clear how coaching differs from our other services like therapy. In general, coaching is a more goal-directed, client-led experience, focusing on specific skills like work relationships, public speaking, interviewing, or resume writing.
What does a coaching session look like?
The initial intake session for coaching is 60 minutes long. After that, sessions are 45 minutes. These sessions are offered in-person, by phone, or via FaceTime.
