If you suffer from a history of an eating disorder, body image issues, episodes of depression and anxiety, our work together can provide a path toward health.
I believe in the healing nature of human connection, including the relationship you have with yourself. Together we can help you become more in touch with your mind and body, in the service of feeling more present and connected. Whether it is your relationship with food, your body, or the people around you, together, let’s find a way to make meaning and move forward.
I received advanced eating disorder training from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy’s Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia, and honed these skills during my tenure at Balance Eating Disorder Treatment Center, where I received training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
