Ashley Cooper, MHC-LP
If you suffer from depression, anxiety, an eating disorder or a history of trauma, our work together can provide a path towards health and understanding.
I believe in the healing nature of human connection, including the relationship you have with yourself. I work with both individuals and families. Together, our work can help you to develop a greater connection with yourself and the people around you. Whether it is a relationship, food, or learning to live in the present rather than in the story of your past, let’s find a way to make meaning and move forward.
I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from New York University and have training in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I completed advanced Eating Disorder training from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy’s Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia.
Whatever your challenges, they are important, and you don’t have to face them alone. Please call (646) 461-4619, or email me using the form below for an Appointment.
